at Rating Surveyor .co.uk we hope to provide useful information
and guidance to Ratepayers as well as
news, information and services to Rating Surveyors.
We
have information on national non domestic rates which
will hopefully will be of interest to rate payers, graduate
surveyors, students, rating administrators, anyone involved
in, or with an interest in Business Rates.
Please
note, we do not have any information, guidance or advice
on rate valuation. Students will learn
about this in their studies, Graduate Surveyors will develop
their knowledge whilst working in rating prior to their
APC, and qualified Chartered Surveyors will already know
all about valuation. Therefore we don't feel it appropriate
to have any information on valuation on this site.
We
do however have information on rate liability including
Transitional Arrangements (Transitional Relief, Transitional
Premium), Small
Business Rate Relief (SBRR), and the new empty
property rate regulations.
We
